Webcomic Jam. The Story So Far.

Welcome to The Webcomic Jam. This is a collaboration to create a unique story, varied in art and perspective, that will entertain, and showcase each creator’s work. Above all, this is a crazy experiment. We focus on the story, but the art will definitively surprise you! This page hosts all strips to date. Ted Seko gave us the idea for this monster now being created at the lab.

Today we have the final strip, by yours truly, Jose Gonzalez! This has been one of the best experiments we’ve had here at the Lab! I promise there will be more collaborative experiments in the near future.

Our team: Our inspiration, comic zen guru, Ted Seko. The awesome Justin Stewart, Carve Your Name Comic’s creators Sookie and Johnny, the caffeinated art of Josh Bauman, eclectic comic artiste, Jono (Demophon) and Peter Palmiotti, Comic Artist’s Guild Haller Award winner for Best Inker of 2010! Adding with strip 8, in colorist artist role, Mr. Clayton Murwin, Also as “The Hero Maker”.  I’m sure you’ll appreciate the mix.

The strips and their creators: 1 & 3 by Ted Seko, 2 and 14 by Jose Gonzalez, 4 and 9 by Justin Stewart, 5 and 10 by Sookie and Johnny, 6 and 11 by Josh Bauman, 7 and 12 by Jono (Demophon), 8 and 13 by Peter Palmiotti and Clayton Murwin.

This is the last strip of the first Webcomic Jam run.  We may change the format a bit, but we will bring it back soon.

Please let us know what you think, if you have any suggestions, even if you’d like to be part of one!   Drop us a comment, visit the team member sites, as linked above, but above all, you have yourself a great art time! Thanks for dropping by!
